Tried for the first time today. Was good. Pretty standard Chinese fare for rochester. Just lunch take out. Chicken with garlic sauce, hot and sour soup and steamed rice. Soup was very good. One of the best in rochester! And I've had a number of bad ones lately. Entree was average. Strange thing in Rochester: the garlic sauce around town used to be a brown savory sauce without too much sugar. Now it seems to be a fluorescent pink sauce, syrupy and super sweet void of any spice. Makes me think the take outs all use the same supplier now. So that being said, the meat and veggies in the dish were plentiful and fresh. Service was fine, value was excellent.
When I am in the mood for Chinese take out there is only one place in Rochester I go to. I have been coming to this place for years and never got a bad meal. They make the best Sesame chicken around! If you call ahead they will have your order ready in about 10 minutes. Not in the best area but I don't care I am in and out of there in no time. (LOL) The shrimp fried rice is really good and they pack a ton of it in those small cartons. Also for the first time I used my credit card there. I never knew they took visa but I asked today and they said they do. Take Mt read south and get off at Lyell Avenue and you are there!
